Starting with November 1, the drivers must travel with the lights on during the daytime. Those who will forget to turn on the lights will be stopped and warned, IPN reports.

The drivers must travel with the lights on during the day until March 31 inclusive. Earlier, the drivers who didn’t respect this requirement were fined 60 lei, but the penalty was annulled in April 2014, when the legislation was amended.
