Travel to Russia and Israel remains restricted to Moldovans

Israel and the Russian Federation kept the travel bans imposed on the citizens of the Republic of Moldova. The Moldovans can yet leave these countries, IPN reports.

The Israeli authorities said entry to foreigners is banned until September 1. The foreign citizens can leave Israel through the Ben-Gurion Airport. Israel also kept the wearing of masks in public places and at work, maintaining of social distancing and observance of other personal protective measures. Meetings in groups larger than 20 persons in open places and in groups larger than ten persons in closed places are banned.

The Moldovans cannot enter Russia, except for members of diplomatic and consular missions accredited in Russia and members of their families; employees of international organizations operating in Russia and members of their families; drivers working on international transport routes; members of international air, maritime and fluvial, railway transport crews; members of official delegations, those with diplomatic, services and ordinary visas, issued in connection with the death of close relatives who lived in Russia; persons who have the husband, wife, parents, children with Russian nationality, are adopted or are adopters and have guardianship of citizens of the Russian Federation and other categories.
