Transnistrian militsia struggling to prevent illegal cutting of trees and electricity thefts

The Transnistrian interior ministry has stepped up raids in order to avoid the illegal cutting of trees and the thefts of electric power following the cuts in gas supplies, Info-Prim-Neo’s correspond in Tirapol reports. Transnistrian minister of the interior Petru Zubreichuk said that the militsia officers also inspect the abandoned buildings and basements of the apartment buildings to identify persons that can freeze do death. The vagrants are transported to special hostels and provided with blankets and clothes.
