Priest Oleg Cernat cannot go to his home in Corjova village of Dubasari district because the Transnistrian KGB declared him undesirable person. Oleg Cernat has told IPN that the problems with the KGB appeared in 2007, when he started to erect a church in the village.

The priest considers that the KGB hinders him because he speaks Romanian and takes part events organized by the constitutional authorities. Earlier he was allowed to go to the migration service in Tiraspol to find out why he was banned access to the region. There, he was told that the relevant decision was taken by the KGB.

Oleg Cernat voiced hope that the Reintegration Office of Moldova will manage to solve the problem. Now the priest stays at his relatives on the right side of the Nistru River. After several hours spent at the checkpoint, his wife and their four children were allowed to go home.
