A car went into a metal curb and overturned on Dacia Blvd. in Chisinau on February 2 close to midnight, Traffic Police Division press officer Dana Andronic has told Info-Prim Neo.
The 38-year-old driver received serious injuries and was admitted to the reanimatology section. It is not yet known if he was under the influence and how he lost control of the car.
The same day, a VAZ caught fire after colliding with another vehicle on the Chisinau-Soroca road. The driver of the VAZ tried to make a U-turn in a forbidden place and crashed into a Ford. The VAZ went up in flames. The 48-year-old driver was taken to the hospital with different injuries. The other driver was unhurt.
