The resident companies of the industrial park Tracom intend to make investments of over 300 million lei until 2015. A number of 25 new residents were registered in the park that occupies an area of 32 hectares last year and this year, IPN reports.
Viorel Sanduta, shareholder of a company representing the brand DAAS, said the company that provides services to restaurants and hotels has signed contracts for the maintenance of show windows with Coca-Cola and intends to establish cooperation relations with farms and poultry breeding companies of Moldova for maintaining refrigerating rooms. In the neat future, they will start to produce shelves for the trade industry.
Vitalie Vrabie director general of SA Tracom, which administers the industrial park, said that last year there was renovated the aqueduct and now they are in the process of designing the gas pipeline. The digital transmission system was modernized and works were initiated to reconstruct the administrative blocks.
According to Deputy Minister of Economy Sergiu Ciobanu, the works to modernize the infrastructure and administrative blocks will make the industrial park more attractive. He reminded that Tracom is a pilot-project within which the legislation on such entities is tested. The Ministry of Economy plans to create 11 industrial parks in Moldova, some on the territory and with assets of former industrial companies, while other founded new.
