“Tracom” announces contest to select residents and investment projects

The industrial park “Tracom” will hold a contest to choose residents and investment projects that will be implemented in the production or auxiliary and administrative buildings that were leased out and are not used in the technological process, Info-Prim Neo reports. According to a communiqué from the Ministry of Economy, the contest will take place on January 24 at 11.00 inside the administrative block of “Tracom” SA, which is based at 170 Columna St. The contest is open to national and foreign private individuals and legal entities. The main kinds of activities that will be carried out within the park are the manufacturing of cars and equipment, the production of electrical and electronic equipment and of metal items, and information technology activities. The participation fee is the equivalent of US$200. The bids are presented in the state language, in a sealed envelope. The deadline for submitting bids is January 23, 4pm.
