Top 10 best companies to work for published

AXA Management Consulting has published a list of top 10 Moldovan companies to work for, reports Info-Prim Neo. AXA Management Consulting vice director Vitalie Popa said the companies were selected out of 30 enterprises that allow their middle tier managers to fill in an anonymous questionnaire on work conditions, development opportunities, salary and perquisites, overall 15 factors that determine the attractiveness of an enterprise for its potential employees. “It is true that most top companies are funded by foreign capital, but there are some with local capital, including those that did not make it to the list, but we appreciate their courage to become attractive for their current employees, as well as their future ones”, said Vitalie Popa at the presentation of the list. “The study aims to promote the human resources management practices and their effect on a company's performance. We want Moldovan enterprises to realize that investing into human resources and employees professional growth is beneficial”, said the AXA Management Consulting deputy director. The 10 best companies to work for are: Coca Cola Bottling Chisinau, Draexlmaier Automotive, Glorinal, Gas Natural Fenosa, Mary Kay, Moldtelecom, Orange Moldova, ProCredit Bank, “Turcan Cazac” Law Firm, and Victoriabank. The list is presented in alphabetical order.
