Tiraspol’s bakery launches a new type of bread made from buckwheat flour. Specialists developed the recipe during several months, Info-Prim-Neo’s correspondent in Tiraspol reports. Viktoria Falaleyeva, the deputy manager of the bakery, believes that bread is only a beginning of outputting pastries from buckwheat flour. If the market demands this product, we will start selling buckwheat sponge cakes, Falaleyeva says. Now people from Tiraspol can buy bread costing the equivalent of 4.7 lei and 8 lei a loaf. The bread with ingredients of buckwheat flour is meant for people suffering from diabetes. The Tiraspol bakery produces over 220 types of pastry.
