Tiraspol says Mihai Ghimpu's decision not to take part in OSCE summit is irresponsible

The Transnistrian administration describes Acting President Mihai Ghimpu's decision not to take part in the OSCE summit in Astana together with the Moldovan delegation as irresponsible, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting a communqiue publisahed on the website of the self-styled ministry of foreign affairs of Transnistria. The authorities of the breakaway republic consider that this way the official Chisinau reveals its unwillingness to negotiate the new security problems and this points to the Moldovans' disinterest in building a security system in Europe. The communique says Mihai Ghimpu's actions show he does not understand the realities and is trying to unilaterally include issues in the international political agenda. The ministry draws the summit participants' attention to the fact that Moldova is a party to the Transnistrian conflict settlement talks and no related decisions can be taken without it.
