The Tiraspol entrepreneurs that want to erect constructions will have to participate in an auction that will start in January next year.
“There will be held an open auction to systematize the land distribution procedure,” the deputy head of the Tiraspol state administration Vasile Rodionov said, quoted by Info-Prim Neo's correspondent in Transnistria.
“Ten-twelve contractors applied for one plot earlier. Now there are also private individuals who start construction businesses,” Vasile Rodionov said.
Tiraspol's development plan for 2010 has been already formulated. Under it, 204 facilities will be built in the town next year. Some of them started to be erected.
