Transnistrian leader Yevgeny Shevchuk declared September 9, when Russian Patriarch Kirill is to deliver a public speech in Tiraspol, a nonworking day, IPN reports.
According to the press service of the Transnistrian administration, the Patriarch will pay a visit to the region on September 8-9. The speech will be given in the Suvorov Square of Tiraspol.
The hour of the event hasn’t been yet set.
