A young man and two teenage girls remained stuck inside the damaged car after the vehicle crashed into a roadside tree on the Hâncești-Lăpușna road, at the entrance to the municipality of Hâncești.
Contacted by IPN for details, press officer of the Hâncești Police Inspectorate Cristina Vicol said the car was driven by a man aged 23. Owing to the weather conditions, the driver lost control of the car. This skidded off the road and ran into a tree, overturning.
A police patrol, an ambulance and an extrication team travelled to the scene. The driver and the teenage girls, both aged 17, were rushed to the Hâncești District Hospital for medical care.
