Three young men suspected of raping girl in Soroca

Three young men from Soroca district, among whom a minor, are investigated on suspicion that they raped a girl, Info-Prim Neo reports. According to the Ministry of the Interior, the offense was committed in the house of the 23-year-old girl. It was established hat the victims and the aggressors knew each other. On the night of January 20, the men aged between 17 and 25 went to see the girl, who lived with her partner. They gave money to the partner and asked him to go to the shop to buy wine. When the man went away, they raped the victim. When back, the man didn’t find the three in the house. The culprits returned in the morning and threatened the two with the use of violence if they reported to the police. The police took legal action over rape. Two of the suspects were arrested, while the minor is investigated outside prison. They face three to 20 years behind bars.
