Three young men are suspected of murdering a 48 year old man in Calinesti village, Falesti district. The victim's body was found on a country road near the village and displayed signs of a violent death.
Ludmila Condrat, press officer of the Falesti Police Inspectorate, told IPN that the man died because of blows to the head with a blunt object. The police have announced the arrest of three suspects, aged 20, 21 and 26, but won't provide any more information to avoid hampering the investigation.
If they are found guilty of murder, the suspects risk between 10 and 15 years in jail.
