Three-year-old found dead in fodder processing hole

A child aged three was discovered dead in a hole where fodder for sheep was processed and stored, in Surii Noi village of Drochia district. The Prosecutor General's Office (PG) opened a legal case over non-deliberate killing, which is punished with up to three years in jail. In a communique quoted by Info-Prim Neo, the PG says the child had multiple burns all over the body. The medical examiners established that he died as a result of shock and burns on 90% of the body, which were caused by the high-temperature liquid in the fodder processing hole.
