The members of the parliamentary groups of the PAS, PPPDA and PDM are working on a statement concerning the irreversibility of the strategic European integration course of the Republic of Moldova. The text will be finished the next few days and will be submitted to MPs, PAS MP Mihai Popşoi was quoted by IPN as saying.
According to the MP, by this statement they aim to ensure the irreversibility of the European integration course as some of the approaches made by President Igor Dodon in the recent past, to promote the agenda of a foreign country, distorts the European integration course.
Mihai Popşoi noted the Socialist MPs are rather concerned about this statement as their agenda is not aimed at strengthening the European integration course. “Our approach is consistent and we will be making every effort to have a statement, a document that could underpin this course that is in the interests of most of Moldova’s citizens,” stated the MP.
