Three Moldovan rugby players become champions in Russia

The team of the Moldovan rugby players Oleg Prepelita, Victor Arhip and Veaceslav Titica won a new trophy in Russia. This time, Krasnyi Iar became a champion, IPN reports.

In the final, Krasnyi Iar beat Enisei. The first-leg match ended with the opponents’ victory, but in the return game Krasnyi Iar took revenge by 36-34 and became thus Russia’s champion the tenth time.

Oleg Prepelita became the top scorer of the championship with 15 tries scored. Victor Arhip played in the last part of the game, while Veaceslav Titica was absent due to injury.
