Three young people, aged 19, 17 and 16, died in a violent car crash that occurred Tuesday early morning near the entrance to the village of Baurci in Ceadir-Lunga district.
National Patrol Inspectorate spokesperson Uliana Catan has told IPN the police was alerted by a woman who had witnessed the car being driven at high speeds before colliding violently with some concrete slabs off the road and then overturning several times.
The police found the car on its roof and the victims, breathless, outside the car.
All the three victims were residents of Baurci. They were returning from a party and the experts are yet to identify whether the 19-year-old driver was under influence.
