Three condemned for car-dealing fraud

Three men from Chisinau were condemned to sentences from 10 to 13 years of jail, for falsifying official documents and for fraud. The sentence was passed by the Rascani district court, reports Info-Prim Neo.
According to a communiqué from the Office of the Prosecutor General, between October 2010 and April 2011, the accused were renting cars on a contract basis, with different economic agents. Afterwards, by making use of false proxies, they sold the cars to a third party, and kept the money to themselves.
By making use of this scheme, the accused sold 10 vehicles.
