Three cars involved in accident in central Chisinau

Three vehicles collided on Stefan cel Mare Blvd. in Chisinau on September 1. No one was hurt, but the accident caused traffic jams. PR inspector of the Traffic Police Division Aurelia Mija has told Info-Prim Neo that a speeding BMW car driven by a man aged 25 from Criuleni district went out of control not far from the head office of the Center for Combating Corruption and Economic Crime and collided with a Lexus driven by a 22-year-old man. The Lexus was hit from behind by a Kia driven by a man aged 28, who did not keep the required distance. According to the police, the accident was caused by the drivers of the BMW and the Kia. They face a fine of 1 000 lei and six penalty points.
