The families that didn’t register on the platform compensatii.gov.md in November will be automatically added to the moderate energy vulnerability category, but will be then transferred to the reduced vulnerability category and will be paid an appropriate subsidy for gas and electricity in Decmeber 2022 – March 2023. A decision to this effect was approved by the Government on Wednesday, IPN reports.
Minister of Labor and Social Protection Marcel Spatari said that November 24 is the last day when persons can register on compenastii.gov.md to benefit from subsidies for November. Starting with November 25, the persons will be automatically classified into energy vulnerability categories.
Household users of agricultural associations and those for which construction companies perform the role of settlement intermediaries were added to the list of persons entitled to subsidies.
According to the minister, about 700,000 applications have been submitted through the platform so far.
