The last to vote in the October 20 elections will be Moldovans from Canada. Voting at the two polling stations, opened in Calgary and Vancouver, will end tomorrow morning at 07:00 Chisinau time, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported, as per IPN.
For the presidential elections and the republican constitutional referendum, the Central Election Commission opened 231 polling stations for the diaspora in 37 countries, three of which were designated for mail-in voting.
By the time the news was broadcast, 235,000 voters had cast their ballots abroad.
