The Development Plan of Chisinau for 2006 will be changed

The development plan for the Chisinau municipality in 2006, that stipulates the financing of objects that must be repaired, reconstructed or finished this year, will be changed. This week, the Commission for constructions, architecture and land resources of the Chisinau municipal Council (CMC) requested the elaboration of a unique document on the base of two annexes of the program, taking in consideration the provisions of the municipal budget for 2006, were a part of the objects included in the program appear. The members of the commission qualified the Program as “unclear” and requested the General Finance Department (GFD) to include the expenses and the financing source for each object. As well, the councilors proposed to include also the objects of the program that do not have financial support for the moment. Only for the reconstruction of those 22 objects of the first annex the Mayoralty need 375 million lei but it has only 190 million lei which initially had to be transferred to the state budget for the issue of “territorial development”. The Mayoralty says it will take a credit of 50 million lei; the rest will be taken from the over-planned accumulations of the local budget. For the second annex of the program, the Mayoralty will offer 58 million lei and the rest of money will be, as well, received from over-planned incomes.
