The Car of the Year in Moldova has been chosen

The winner of the “The Car of the Year in Moldova” national contest will be announced on December 13. According to the organisers, Ford Mondeo, Fiat Bravo and Kia Cee’d models collected the most points out of the 10 cars which made it to the final. Evaluation criteria included: design, quality, feasibility, safety and the price-quality correlation. The jury, composed of journalists from the auto press and specialists in the field, has already chosen the winner. All the competing vehicles were divided into classes and received codes so that the public can also vote for them. 267 cars competed in the 2007 contest. They were divided into 16 classes and the victory of a model in one class depends directly on the number of votes it accumulates. This is the third edition of the Car of the Year in Moldova National Prize, organised by the “Auto Expert” Magazine with the support of the Moldova Auto Press Association. The purpose of the contest is to determine the best car models of those officially sold on each segment of the market.
