The Account Courts of Moldova and Romania conclude a cooperation agreement

The Account Court of Romania will provide logistic assistance necessary to similar institution of Moldova, including the exchange of experience in the area of public money management, as well as of European funds, the chairman of Account Court of Romania, Dan Drosu Saguna, said on Monday meeting with prime minister Vasile Tarlev.
According to Dan Drosu Saguna, according to agreement draft, it is stipulated joint controls of both account courts, especially the customs field, environment protection etc. Romanian official noted that such actions would be very useful for both states, taking into consideration international conjuncture.
Vasile Tarlev reaffirmed the option of Moldovan authority to enlarge and deepen the cooperation relations with Romania in all fields, on the basis of the principle of neighbouring.
In this context, the Prime Minister welcomed the conclusion of the cooperation agreement between the Account Courts of Moldova and Romania, mentioning that the government will support this partnership.
During the meeting, the parts expressed their satisfaction with strengthening of cooperation relations between Moldova and Romania.
