The Civil Protection and Emergencies Service postponed the planned complex check on the centralized automated warning system. The Service’s spokeswoman Diana Turcan invoked technical glitches, IPN reports.
Afterward, there will be announced another day for testing the system that is used to warn the population about possible radiological and chemical accidents or natural disasters
The sirens were to be turned on all over the country at 2pm.
