The apartment buildings in Chisinau that do not have debts for heat will benefit free from hydro-pneumatic washing and testing of pressure in internal heating systems. The offer is made by Termoelectrica within the annual campaign “Pay in winter to be rewarded in summer”, IPN reports.
In a press release, the heat supplier says that to benefit from the offer the managers of apartment buildings should submit an application by August 31.
The company’s director general Veaceslav Eni said that by this campaign the producer and supplier of heat aims to reward the most responsible consumers who pay the heat bills on time and to stimulate the other dwellers to honor their obligations.
The list of buildings that will enjoy this offer will be published at the website www.termoelectrica.md on September 1, after the information about the payments for the consumed heat is updated.
The hydro-pneumatic washing and testing of pressure in internal heating systems are mandatory and cost several thousand lei. These works are usually performed by authorized business entities. The saved money could be used by managers to carry out investment or block modernization works.
A number of 14 apartment buildings were awarded in last year’s edition of the campaign “Pay in winter to be rewarded in summer”.
