The clients of the heat supplier “Termoelectrica” SA are encouraged to submit information (in the form of texts, videos or photos) about accidents, leakages in heat pipes and other problems related to the quality of heating services to the Viber number 069-444-144. The service was launched today, July 11, IPN reports, with reference to a press release of the supplier.
The company’s director general Veaceslav Eni said “Termoelectrica” has launched the given service with the aim of coming closer to the clients. “We consider that the new service provided for the inhabitants of Chisinau municipality will significantly contribute to improving the company’s cooperation relations with civil society,” stated Veaceslav Eni.
The reported problems will be processed in real time and will be referred to the competent services for being dealt with in the shortest time possible.
