The administration of SA “Termoelectrica” recommends the housing sector managers to prepare the engineering systems inside apartment buildings and to present technical permits to the company’s local offices in their districts, IPN reports.
In a press release, the heat supplier says the housing sector managers must make sure that the heating networks are washed hydro-pneumatically and the pressure inside them is checked and that the engineering systems are thermally insulated.
“The works to prepare the internal system are very important as the quality of the heat supply when the cold season starts depends on the quality of these works,” said “Termoelectrica” director general Veaceslav Eni.
If dwellers have debts for heat, the managers should cooperate with the supplier and agree how to clear these. They are invited to the company’s head office at 6 T. Vladimirescu St to sign a litigation prevention agreement.
The buildings connected to the centralized heating system can be supplied with heat before an official decision as to the start of the heating season is taken. For the purpose, the block manager must submit an application.
The managers of apartment buildings can do it at the local offices of Termoelectrica S.A. in Ciocana district at 19/3 Ginta Latina St; in Centru at 86A Ismail St; in Rascani at 11A Moscova Blvd; in Botanica at 49/4 Dacia Blvd; in Buiucani at 63 V. Lupu St, and at the Primary Networks Service at 4/3A Florilor.
