A series of apartment buildings situated in Chisinau will benefit from cost-free works to have the heating installations prepared for winter before the cold season. These are the winners of the annual campaign “Pay in winter to be rewarded in summer” that is staged by Termoelectrica. The company’s specialists during the next few days will wash these buildings’ internal heating systems and will test the pressure inside them, IPN reports, with reference to a press release of the heat supplier.
The winning blocks are located at 11/1 Doina si Ion Aldea Teodorovici St, 9/1 Matei Basarab St, 16/1 Cuza Voda St, 29/1 N. Dimo St and 8/2 Academiei St. The administration of Termoelectrica said it will also award 58 apartment buildings that didn’t apply to take part in the contest, but fully paid the heat bills.
“This campaign, besides helping us to mobilize the dwellers and managers to pay the overdue heat bills, creates relations of friendship between the supplier and consumers,” said Termoelectrica director general Veaceslav Eni.
Within the campaign “Pay in winter to be rewarded in summer” , the managers and dwellers of apartment buildings mobilize to fully repay the debts for heat by August 31. As many as 14 blocks were awarded within the campaign last year.
