SA “Termocom” calls on the owners of non-residential areas who didn’t sign contracts for the supply of heat with housing stock managers or with the supplier to sign them in the near future in order to avoid being penalized, IPN reports.
According to a communiqué from the Chisinau public utility, the economic entities that rent areas in apartment buildings must sign separate contracts with the heat supplier, with the consent of the building’s administration.
The supplier says that the avoidance of signing/renewing the contract in the required conditions is punished with a fine of 1,000 to 2,000 lei or 30 hours of community service in the case of private individuals, and a fine of 2,000 to 6,000 lei and 30 to 60 hours of community service in the case of persons holding responsible positions.
