Termocom assures it will repay its debt to creditors

The Chisinau heat supplier assures that it will manage to pay its debt to the creditors on time, Info-Prim Neo reports. In the January 23 meeting of Chisinau City Hall officials, SA Termocom director Mihail Cernei said the company will collect financial resources to repay the debt of 63 million lei until February 5. There must be gathered 11 million lei more. Mihail Cernei said the financial resources should be accumulated in cooperation with the City Hall. Mayor Dorin Chirtoaca requested deputy mayor Mihai Furtuna, the Finance Division head Veronica Herta and the company’s director to collect the necessary amount by the end of this week. Under a court decision, Termocom is to pay 63 million lei to its creditors until February 5. The Government earlier approved a decision providing for the merger of Termocom with the thermoelectric plants CET-1 and CET-2.
