The Chisinau heat utility called on the apartment building managers to carry out works to prepare the internal piping systems of the blocks for the next heating season, IPN reports.
According to a communiqué from SA “Termocom”, the cases when some of the apartments are overheated, while others are insufficiently supplied with heat will be prevented only if all the technical works planned are performed. The company’s specialists will monitor the process of removing the technical glitches identified in apartment buildings during the 2012 – 2013 heating season and will provide consultancy and technical solutions for every case apart.
SA “Termocom” said the internal piping systems of apartment buildings are under the responsibility of housing stock managers, who must prepare them for the cold period of the year. Until the start of the next heating system, the heat utility will insist on removing the technical faults discovered in 99 blocks situated in Chisinau.
