Teenager hospitalized after car breaks his arm

A teenager was admitted to hospital last night, after a car ran over his arm as he was sleeping. According to Ludmila Untura, a coordinating doctor with the Chisinau municipal emergency station, the incident happened near a market on Albisoara street. The 15-year-old boy from Anenii-Noi district was taken to the Mother and Child Medical Center. A girl was born at home, in due term, being the second child to the family. The baby and her mother were then hospitalized. On August 3, at about 9 pm, on Traian avenue in Chisinau, a 35-year-old inebriated man was hit by a car. The pedestrian got injured. A Mercedes collided with a Daewoo-Nexia, taxi-1448, at the intersection of Albisoara and Vasile Alecsandri streets, yesterday at 11.30 pm. The 37-year-old taxi driver got wounded.
