Termocom SA communicates that in 46 of the 112 blocks in which various technical problems were found after the end of the 2011-2012 heating season, the issues have been already solved, Info-Prim Neo reports.
According to a Termocom SA press release, the highest mobilization and involvement in repairing failures of the internal heating systems is shown by municipal enterprises for management of the housing fund (IMGFL), which have solved the problems in 35 (73%) of the 48 blocks where issues were detected.
Failures were solved only in 22.7% (10 out of 44) of the blocks administered by associations of owners of privatized houses (APLP). Technical issues were found in 20 blocks administered by construction cooperatives (CCL), but were solved only in one of them.
In order to ensure optimal heat comfort in the cold season 2012-2013, Termocom SA asks the administrators to remove in time the registered failures (clogged pipes, direct connections, changes in the heating system, hydraulic dysfunctions). The utility urges the administrators to speed up the process of presenting and signing the technical passports of apartment blocks, after all the preparations of the internal systems.
So far, only 579 technical passports (36%) of the blocks administered by IMGFL have been signed, 59 passports of the blocks managed by APLP (9%) and only one block of the 315 administered by CCL has its technical passport signed.
