The administration of the newly promoted Saxan was fined 14,000 lei by the Competitions Committee of the Moldovan Football Federation following a number of insults to referee Veaceslav Banari, IPN reports.
Among those fined are the team’s president Grigory Cadyn, director Iurie Rushica and second coach Ivan Burduniuc. Saxan must pay 5,000 lei of the total sum for not ensuring the safety, security and protection of match officials through the agency of stadium security guards and for allowing foreign persons to enter the referees’ changing room.
Veris was also fined 5,000 lei for the absence of stadium security guards. The decisions are definitive and irrevocable.
Three National Division matches of the 12th stage will be played today, October 24. Dacia meets FC Costuleni, Veris - Dinamo-Auto, while Academia - Zaria.
