A number of 80 teachers and school managers from Chisinau and from the districts of Anenii Noi, Orhei and Soroca are attending specialized training courses to learn how to deal with emotional and educational challenges of students. The training during December 26-28 is part of the "Program for Better Education 2", IPN reports.
"This program aims to enhance resilience and the capacity to cope with emotional and educational challenges," said Ana Palii, project coordinator of the organization "Partnerships for Every Child".
The developers of this initiative propose transforming schools into a safer and more inclusive environment.
Since the launch of the” Program for Better Education” in Moldova in June 2022, more than 7,000 children of 25 schools benefited from such training. Furthermore, 365 teachers were trained to contribute to building a healthy and balanced educational environment for all students.
The activities are financially supported by the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation and the Norwegian Refugee Council.
