Moldova’s Tatiana Salcuțan won two bronze medals at the FINA Swimming World Cup that was held in Kazan, Tatarstan. The athlete from Tiraspol ranked third in 100 m and 200 m backstroke, IPN reports.
Salcuțan achieved the result of l 1.01.66 in the 100 m race and of 2.11.42 in the 200 m race. She also competed in 200 m butterfly, where she set a new record for Moldova – 2.19.96, finishing fourth.
Another Moldovan athlete Anastasia Moshchenskaya was among the top ten in all the three breaststroke races she competed: seventh in 200 m, ninth in 100 m and ninth in 50 m.
