Both urgent and non-urgent complaints of alleged public order violations received by the various subdivisions of the Ministry of the Interior will be centralized into a single system, called SID Semnalări, under a concept approved by the Government Wednesday.
MoI general secretary Serghei Diaconu stated that thanks to this system not a single complaint will be left without a response from the authorities.
“Exchange of information about reported incidents in real time will ensure interoperability at organizational level among public order agencies and a prompt reaction focused on the provision of high quality services to the public”, the authorities promise.
