Swedish and Polish foreign ministers to visit Chisinau

The Foreign Ministers of Sweden and Poland Carl Bildt and Radosław Sikorski are expected to come to Chisinau today, December 8. They have been invited to visit Moldova by Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration Iurie Leanca, Info-Prim Neo reports. According to a communique from the Foreign Ministry, the two ministers will come to Moldova to confer on the forthcoming ministerial meeting of the Eastern Partnership that is set to take place in Brussels on December 13. Carl Bildt and Radosław Sikorski expressed their readiness to meet with all the leaders of the political parties that entered the new legislative body. At the end of the visit, the ministers will hold a press briefing. The President of the European Parliament Jerzy Buzek and the European Commissioner for Enlargement and European Neighborhood Policy Stefan Fule are to pay visits to Moldova later this week.
