Sweden is an evident favorite in this evening’s duel against Moldova, but the coach of the Scandinavian team does not feel confident of winning, IPN reports.
“Austria was lucky to win in Chisinau. We will probably be content with a draw,” Sweden coach Erik Hamren told a news conference. “It will be a hard match, but we must win,” said halfback Kim Kallstrom.
Sweden ranks second in Group G, having by four points fewer than Austria. Moldova closes the rankings with one point. The encounter between Moldova and Sweden is played at the Zimbru Stadium on March 27, starting at 9:45pm.
