Swarm of wasps attacks voters at Chisinau polling place

Two women who were at a polling place in Chisinau's Rascani district were stung by wasps and needed medical care. Chisinau Emergency Service coordinating doctor Anatol Proca has told Info-Prim Neo that the swarm of wasps entered the polling place located on Gradinilor St, near the Consulate of Romania. Two women aged 45 and 33 were attacked by the insects. The first was stung by 15 wasps, while the second by five wasps. Also on Sunday, a filling station situated on Ialoveni St witnessed a fight between two women. One of them, aged 36, was rushed to the Emergency Hospital with a stab wound in the thigh. The other one was taken to the police station. A healthy baby girl was born in her parents' bed. The mother aged 31 was at the second delivery. The child and the woman were admitted to the maternity hospital. Yesterday and last night, the Chisinau ambulance teams dealt with 680 emergencies, including 59 cases of acute viral infection, 72 cases of trauma, and seven strokes.
