Two men aged 30 and 31 were found dead in an apartment in Botanica district of Chisinau. According to the police, the two had signs of violent death on the bodies, namely stab wounds, IPN reports.
The General Police Inspectorate said the police were alerted at about 10pm by the mother of one of the victims. An investigation is underway to establish the circumstances and the cause of death. A criminal case was started over murder. Measures are being taken to identify and arrest the culprits.
Murder carries a penalty of 15 to 20 years in jail or life.
