The Democratic Party of Moldova (PDM) recommends the members of the Government and Parliament, who form part of the Supreme Security Council of the state, not to take part in the meeting set by President Igor Dodon for March 7. The Democratic leader Vlad Plahotniuc in a press briefing said President Dodon arranged the meeting for a day when, as it is known, the senior state officials who are members of the Council will not be in the country, without also coordinating the agenda of the meeting, IPN reports.

Vlad Plahotniuc said Igor Dodon provides details about the agenda of the meeting through the press, but does not inform the Supreme Security Council members about it. Moreover, he included subjects that are not within the remit of the Council in the agenda.

In this connection, the PDM recommends the members of the Government and Parliament who are members of the Council to request President Dodon to schedule a meeting for another day and to also coordinate the date and to inform them about the issues included in the agenda.
