Supreme Court of Justice gives back “Ulmu” summer camp to Chisinau

The children's summer camp situated in Ulmu village of Ialoveni district remained in the ownership of the Chisinau administration. The Supreme Court of Justice ruled in favor of the municipal authorities in a trial involving SA Ulmu-Vin, which claimed that camp, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting a communique from the City Hall. The Court quashed the Economic Court of Appeals' decision and passed a new judgment, saying the “Ulmu” camp is property of the Chisinau Municipal Council. The decision is irrevocable and final. The camp “Ulmu” is managed by the Buiucani Division of Education, Youth and Sport.
