Parliament named the last two members of the Supervisory Board of the National Public Broadcaster “Teleradio-Moldova”. These are Nicolae Spataru and Marina Turcan, IPN reports.
The head of the parliamentary commission on youth, sport and mass media Vladimir Hotineanu said the legislation providers that the Supervisory Board of the National Public Broadcaster “Teleradio-Moldova” must consist of nine members. Seven of these were selected earlier. As there were two vacancies, the Broadcasting Coordination Council proposed four candidates to the parliamentary commission and this chose two – Nicolae Spataru and Marina Turcan.
The two were appointed for a period of four years.
