1. unexpected gap in a system that was well bureaucratized by Voronin’s Communists;
2. radicalization of political and economic repression of the Voronin regime;
3. appearance of natural hopes in Moldovan politics;
4. entering by the Romanian language of the political vocabulary of the primitive and wooden Moldovenism;
5. reanimation of a marginal party (initially the Party of Reform and then the Liberal Party) and its transformation into a parliamentary party;
6. appearance of the PLDM – a new-generation political machinery;
7. start of the end of Voronin’s political and economic system that seemed to have been established at least for the period of Vladimir Voronin’s lifetime;
8. twitter revolution of April 2009;
9. a hope in the democratization of society;

6. division of society by the ethnic element;
7. robbing of banking system will be followed by robbing of insurance system;
8. negotiations on the formation of a government coalition will be long, hesitant and after the politicians’ summer vacation;

2. a long period of hibernation of hope;
3. weakening of the negotiation positions of the Liberal Party in the possible government coalition;
4. free fall and further decimation of the PLDM;
5. postponement of a project of the future of Chisinau.
