A nameless man, thought to be about 25-30 years, on Sunday jumped from the 23rd floor of one of buildings that form Chisinau's City Gates, Info-Prim Neo reports.
According to Dr. Anatol Proca of the Chisinau Emergency Service, the man had no chance to survive after such a leap. The case is being investigated.
Same day, a 20-year-old woman was hospitalized for head injury treatment after the car she was traveling in ran into a tree on Grenoble Street.
A 53-year-old male pedestrian was struck by a Volkswagen car at the intersection of the streets Kogalniceanu and Stere. The man suffered brain concussion and was admitted to the Emergency Hospital.
