Students in the Transnistrian region will begin the third term of the school year on January 20. Starting Monday, lessons will take place remotely. Due to "rolling" power outages, the process will be asynchronous and coordinated by teachers, IPN reports.
Interactive educational platforms such as "Electronic School of Transnistria" and "Electronic Journal," along with email, messaging apps, and chat networks, will be used for information exchange.
Students will not return to classrooms until the facilities can be adequately heated. The winter break, initially set to end on January 9, was extended until January 20 due to the ongoing energy crisis in the region.
